This Wednesday the entire epilepsy community will come together for SUDEP Action Day ([link removed]) , an international event created to raise awareness about Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) ([link removed]) . SUDEP, perhaps the most devastating possible consequence of epilepsy, occurs when a seemingly healthy person with epilepsy dies for no known or obvious reason.

As the leading private funder of SUDEP research, CURE Epilepsy is honored to support SUDEP Action Day ([link removed]) and will be posting content across social media each day this week to help increase awareness and spark important dialogues about epilepsy and SUDEP. Below is a highlight of some of what you will see us sharing and how you can help raise SUDEP awareness.
