One of my goals as Comptroller is to be more transparent about our work, so I wanted to take a moment to share some highlights with you:

✅ We’ve processed over 3 million individual tax returns for tax year 2022.

✅ We’ve disbursed over $3 billion in refunds to Marylanders.

✅ This year, we’ve increased our communication with taxpayers by starting a newsletter and answering more calls and emails than ever while also staffing fairs, small business gatherings, and more!

My team and I are proud to serve Marylanders. We look forward to continue working together to make our systems more efficient and accessible for all our residents.
