When Alice Paul and Crystal Eastman wrote the Equal Rights Amendment, they
envisioned a future where men and women would finally be seen as equal under
the constitution.

Instead, almost a century later, we haven’t fulfilled that promise. It's clear
that Americans are ready to build a better future.

Democrats in the House have paved the way for ratification, but the
Republican-controlled Senate has idly sat on their hands instead of fulfilling
their promise.

We need 3,000 signatures for our petition to let Mitch McConnell know we want
to make sure all women are constitutionally protected. Join Annie today by
signing her petition calling on Republicans to extend the Equal Rights
Amendment’s deadline. <[link removed]>

That’s why we’re looking for Annie’s top 3,000 supporters to build her case to
extend the deadline to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment. Sign your name NOW!
