~ The Constitution is the Solution ~

Dear Friends of the Constitution Party,

The Party would like to make a bigger and earlier presence on the national stage. We are, thus, committed to putting forth a provisional Presidential Nominee and five or more proposed Cabinet members or Executive Appointees starting this weekend.

These nominations are PROVISIONAL.? They have no binding effect on either the Party or the provisional nominee.? The delegates to the National Convention in April 2024 will nominate the official Presidential and Vice Presidential nominees.? The provisional nominees for cabinet posts and executive appointments are merely suggestions.? There will be no official nominations for those posts.

Delegates to the National Convention will be free to nominate the provisional nominees for President and Vice President or to nominate anyone else seeking those positions;?and the Provisional nominees themselves can opt out.

This strategy yields at least two benefits:

? ? ?(1)? More attention by media

and

? ? ? More heft for Provisional candidates who are seeking state/local spots in '24 and '26.

? ? ? (2) Better ballot access?

and?more donations or other contemplated benefits.

Candidates who carry Constitution Party principles seeking ANY executive post, provisionally or long-run, should place their names with either Jim Clymer, the National Chairman, or Mark Stewart Greenstein, who is helping all of us align, by Wednesday, October 18, at 9:59 pm eastern.?

Please give your desired positions (there are over 50 to choose from) and how flexible you are.? If you have a desired state/local post for '24 or '26, please include that too.

Should two of us be seeking the same provisional postings, Mark or I will "massage" our offering to accommodate all.?

Should two who are INFLEXIBLE seek the same post, the Executive Committee?will make a decision that's good for six months.

Mark's email [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>.? (Though not yet a CP member, with six or more of us provisionally committed, Mark will add himself to the roster with us.)? He is willing to speak on Monday night with all who have questions, via Zoom.us at 9 pm eastern using code 493 610 6872.? No password is needed.

Mark and I have shared some preliminary?thoughts.

We are including these names to make this more vivid.? None of those named below have entered a commitment yet.? We ALL have until Wednesday night.

? ? ? President:? Joe Miller (AK)

? ? ? Attorney General:? ?Darrell Castle? (TN)

? ? ? HHS Secretary:? ? ?Therrisa Bukinovac (MD)

? ? ? Education Secretary: Mark Stewart Greenstein (CT)

? ? ? U.S. Trade Representative:? Mark Anderson? (CT)

? ? ? Circuit Court Nominee: Daniel Reale (CT)
