Team,
Here at The Fairness Project, we know that ballot measures are a critical tool used to move progressive issues forward and break through the partisan gridlock. But countless factors can make or break them. Will you rush a donation of $5 or more to help support our ballot measures nationwide? [[link removed]]

Every little detail counts. How the ballot measure is framed and how long it appears on the ballot can make a huge impact on whether or not a voter will support the measure. When voters have little to no information about a measure, they’re more likely to answer “yes” when it’s written in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Another factor that impacts ballot measures is placement — especially when some ballots can be multiple pages. It makes sense: the longer the ballot, the less likely voters are to complete it. So if the ballot measure is at the bottom of the ballot, voters are more likely to skip it completely — missing out on an opportunity to make a direct impact in their communities.
And as always, there’s the fundraising and public outreach battle between both sides of any ballot measure that now is becoming more and more competitive.
Our team at The Fairness Project is working with partners across the country to power up and win ballot measures that impact people’s daily lives. From raising the minimum wage to expanding Medicaid to protecting abortion rights, we’re dedicated to using ballot measures to pass progressive policies.
We know that when voters are encouraged to participate in direct democracy, progressive policies win. That’s why we’re fighting for progressive issues like paid sick leave, increased minimum wage, and reproductive healthcare to make it to different ballots across the country. So we’re asking, team, will you chip in to help us continue fighting for progressive policies at the ballot box? [[link removed]]
