I hope you're having a great start to your weekend, and I hope I'm not interrupting anything. I'm emailing you now to ask for your help — I know, I know... another fundraising email.

I don't like sending too many emails or messages, but the fact of the matter is that our Democratic campaign's fundraising has slowed down a bit this month, and it's really important that we pick up the pace.

If we don't, it snowballs into a much larger and more dire problem at the end of the month, and then into the end of the quarter, and so on.

After working for President Biden's administration as an Under Secretary of Defense, I'm ready to return to Congress and continue the good work I did supporting working families in California.
