Time is running out to stop Biden’s gas car ban. In April Biden proposed vehicle emission standards that aim to force 67% of new cars sold to be fully electric by 2032.
Now, he has proposed another set of regulations that would remove gas cars from the market if the average industry fuel efficiency isn’t 66 mpg for passenger cars and 54 mpg for pick-up trucks - a near impossible standard.
Only a year ago, 34 weeks of income was enough to purchase a new car. Now, it would take 43 weeks of income to buy that same car! These regulations will only continue to force car prices upwards as car companies spend billions of dollars trying to meet Biden’s environmental policies.
