In my role as Vice Chair, I had the privilege of attending the Fall Democratic National Committee (DNC) meeting last week in St. Louis, and I wanted to share some important insights with you.

One of the major themes of the meeting was our preparation for the crucial 2024 election. We learned about the DNC's plans for the upcoming election cycle and the tools and services available to help us elect Democrats in Delaware. While these resources are invaluable, they do come at a cost, which is why I hope you’ll make a donation to Delaware Democrats today. Your contributions will enable us to invest in the tools we need to ensure victory for our party.

During the meeting, I had the opportunity to participate in various caucus meetings, including the Women's Caucus, Disability Caucus, Black Caucus, AAPI Caucus, Hispanic Caucus, and LGBTQ Caucus. This experience reinforced the idea that to be successful, we must turn out all our constituencies and listen to the voices of Democrats in those communities. We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse movement that reflects the values of the Democratic Party.

Additionally, I joined with a coalition of DNC members on an excursion to Wentzville, Missouri to stand with our union brothers and sisters on the UAW's picket line. Our commitment to workers' rights and the labor movement remains steadfast.

The DNC meeting allowed us to connect with friends and colleagues from the Democratic parties in all 57 states and territories. It reinforced that, while we may have differences here and there, the Democratic Party is unified and strong. This stands in stark contrast to the current state of affairs in the Republican Party.
