Our digital fundraising has been on a steady decline for the last few months, John, and we’re not the only ones struggling:
The Guardian: US progressive groups facing ‘five-alarm fire’ ahead of 2024 as donations down
This is a serious problem, John, and it has dire consequences for our entire movement.
Women’s March and a lot of other progressive groups in the same space are fueled by grassroots donations, so when fundraising dips, there are serious programmatic challenges.
If our coffers run dry, we won’t have the resources to respond quickly and train up activists on the ground in key battleground places where our rights are under attack.
I wouldn’t be asking if this weren’t so vitally important to our work, John: Would you be willing to chip in $25 to help us break out of this extended fundraising slump so our programs and on-the-ground efforts don’t take a hit?
If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately.
Thank you so much for your support, John.
