American gun control advocates have often praised Israel's firearm policies and held them up as an example for the United States to follow.

The recent barbaric attacks on Israel by Hamas illustrates just how dangerous those strict gun control policies are.

Thousands of Israeli citizens were left defenseless as an army of murderous terrorists descended on their homes and communities.

Tragedies like the attacks in Israel are exactly why we must NEVER SURRENDER our God-given right to keep and bear arms.

GOA will always speak up for law-abiding gun owners and vigorously oppose any efforts by anti-gun advocates to disarm Americans.

But our task is made more difficult by the anti-gun media’s complete and total refusal to even mention the role Israel’s strict gun control laws played in exacerbating this tragedy.

In the absence of media coverage, we’re asking our members to weigh in and help us gather valuable data that we can use to lobby Congress against future gun control laws.

In the face of this tragedy, Israel is axing a lot of gun control and arming their citizens with “weapons of war” as quickly as possible.

But the best time to do that would have been BEFORE the attacks.

Once an emergency strikes, you can’t go back and undo the past…

Unsurprisingly, the rabid anti-gunners on the Left have remained conspicuously silent about this part of Israel’s response to the crisis.

Instead, their push to ban what they deem “weapons of war” has continued unabated.

Such gun control laws are not only a tyrannical infringement on the Second Amendment…

…but they also leave the average citizen defenseless in times of crisis.

How ironic is it that the far-Left lawmakers who openly sympathize with the Hamas terrorists are the ones labeling you a “hate criminal” and calling for you to be completely disarmed.

Gun control failed Israel, John.

Our politicians need to learn from this horrific tragedy and immediately cease their efforts to disarm law-abiding Americans.
