When Giuliani's Georgia defamation trial begins, the Judge said Jurors will be instructed that he intentionally hid financial documents and other records in defiance of court orders, and they must "infer that defendant Giuliani was intentionally trying to hide relevant discovery" after "Giuliani’s continued and flagrant disregard of this Court."
