Just as Congress appeared to be finally ready to turn of the spigot of unlimited cash and weapons for the Ukrainian proxy war against Russia, another horrifying bloodbath has been launched in Southwest Asia, first by the shocking Hamas attack on Israel, and now the horrifying spectacle of unending combat killing hundreds of civilians on both sides, and the demands from Netanyahu that 1.1 million Palestinians be evacuated in 24 hours, as their homes, hospitals and schools are turned to rubble. How do we bring this horror to an end??



Is it a mere coincidence that just as our government is murdering hundreds of thousands of people abroad in proxy wars, we are destroying our people here at home???



My campaign is dedicated to reviving what President Lincoln called "The better angels of our nature," and getting the United States to be a powerful engine for economic development and goodwill toward mankind. Some may have become very pessimistic about that possibility, but I know that the American people are capable of making it happen.
