Team,
The day we’ve been working hard for is almost here. Tomorrow, hundreds of thousands of Louisiana residents will be casting their votes and making their voices heard.
After one of the busiest weeks of my life campaigning and speaking to voters throughout Louisiana, I’m taking a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together:
- On August 9th, I launched this campaign with a vision to be a Pitbull for the People in the Attorney General’s office. I’ve never run for office before — I’m a lawyer (and a dang good one at that!), but I knew I had what it takes to advocate for everyday folks in Louisiana, just as I’ve done for my clients for years.
- I spent these past two months crisscrossing Louisiana, visiting colleges, community organizations, and every parish I could to speak with Louisianans and learn what matters most to them.
- We built a massive coalition of supporters like you! I earned endorsements from admirable leaders like Gov. John Bel Edwards and Congressman Troy Carter and organizations like Louisiana Democrats and the Democratic Attorneys General Association.
- Now, I’m just hours away from my chance to make history as the first female AG that Louisiana’s ever seen, and I’m ready to win.
This is all thanks to you, team. None of this would be possible without people like you who took the time to fill out our surveys, read our emails, talk to your communities about my race, or even chip in a few dollars to power this grassroots movement.

I’m so proud of the campaign we’ve built together. One that’s focused on protecting women and girls, prioritizing our safety, holding bad actors accountable, and progressing towards a just and equitable future. Now, it’s time to take this campaign to the next level and secure our win tomorrow.
We got this far thanks to hundreds of people chipping in what they can, when they can. Will you make a contribution ahead of Election Day to help us bring this victory home tomorrow?
From the bottom of my heart, thank you all. I am so grateful that you chose to be a part of my grassroots team. Now, to win this thing.
Let’s Geaux!
