The draft 2023 Nebraska Property Tax Credit, Form PTC has been updated to show that the refundable income tax credit (PTC credit) rates for 2023 are:
Qualified school districts taxes paid: 30%.
Community college taxes paid: 55%.
The Form PTC is filed with the 2023 tax returns due April 15, 2024.
