Anti-Trans Bigots Targeting Jack Turnwald in North Carolina
Our candidate for the Holly Springs Town Council, Jack Turnwald, has faced an onslaught of anti-trans from bigoted local groups. Posts from the group have misgendered Jack, implied they stood with “Satanic symbols”, attacked Jack’s partner and made false claims about Jack’s policies, while calling their stances on LGBTQ+ politics “ideologies” and referencing pedophilia because Jack is trans.

This Weekend: Voters Head to the Polls in Louisiana!
This weekend, voters will turn in their ballots in Louisiana – and we know just who they should vote for! Our candidate, Pearl Ricks, is on the ballot, running for a newly drawn statehouse seat in New Orleans.
With Fabian Nelson’s impending victory in Mississippi, Louisiana will be the last state in the U.S. that has not elected an out LGBTQ+ person to the legislature. Learn more about Pearl’s campaign before Election Day here!
