By implementing this change, the Department of the Interior will be taking a major step in reducing our country’s plastic waste — the agency oversees one-fifth of U.S. lands!
What else? As a part of the effort, Department facilities have already begun installing stations to refill reusable water bottles and boosting recycling programs.
