Dear Friend,

The spread of Coronavirus is serious, and especially troubling for older Americans, who are particularly vulnerable to the disease (see the CDC’s tips below for protecting yourself).

But last week President Trump’s Secretary of Health and Human Services refused to promise that a Coronavirus vaccine would be affordable for all who need it - because “we need the private sector to invest.”

That’s outrageous.

This vaccine should be affordable and readily available as soon as it’s been proven safe and effective.

We have to hold our government accountable AND make sure that patients are put ahead of drug corporation profits.

Sincerely,

Rich Fiesta

  • Follow CDC’s recommendations for using a facemask.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
