In a document obtained by a reporter, Department of Defense officials
said that Covid-19 will "likely" become a global pandemic within the
next 30 days.

Interestingly (and as a side note), the World Bank has an insurance fund
that matures in July. Investors stand to make a lot of money if it
matures without an official "pandemic" payout. More on that in the
