Pray for Israel

As we've seen the horrific news unfold of the unconscionable attack by Hamas upon civilians in Israel, we encourage you to pray for Israel. Pray for their leaders to have wisdom, for safety, for healing and protection from evil. Pray that America stays steadfast in Israel's defense.

UPDATE: Senate currently discussing abortion deregulation bill package

You've probably seen our coverage of the so-called "Reproductive Health Act" (RHA). This package of bills is designed to repeal abortion clinic licensing regulations and informed consent provisions (including the 24-hour waiting period), leading to dangerous lack of safety and health standards at abortion clinics across Michigan.

Your voices are having an impact! The House has not yet voted on this package of bills, which is good news. The Senate committee on Housing and Human Services just took testimony and there has not been a vote yet. Therefore, we must stay vigilant and let those who represent us know what we think. Stay tuned as we monitor and alert you on this important legislation!

ACTION ALERT: Protect free speech from proposed new rule under Biden administration

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has just proposed a new regulation that would stifle free speech by redefining what counts as "workplace harassment." The Family Research Council says that under this rule, "members of the workforce who are pro-life or who do not hold to the tenets of gender identity ideology could be found guilty of harassment for expressing or living in accordance with their views." They've set up a campaign to defeat this proposed rule.

ACTION NEEDED:

The period for public comment on this proposed rule ends on November 1st.

Submit a public comment now expressing your opposition to this rule to the EEOC!

Under this unconstitutional regulation, it could be considered "workplace harassment" to not refer to a co-worker by their preferred pronouns, to maintain separate bathrooms based on biological sex rather than "gender identity," or to speak up against abortion.

It's your responsibility to make your voice heard against destructive policies like these. Don't let them take away your freedom of speech! Don't give up without a fight! With enough pushback, we can change things for the better.

March for Life
