Thank you to everyone who
attended our NJYD?Endorsement Party! We were thrilled to celebrate our
candidates across the state and hear inspiring remarks from LD14
Assembly Candidate Tennille McCoy and Assemblyman Dan Benson, who is
running for Mercer County Executive!
This election season, we're proud to endorse
and support 107 candidates across NJ who are pushing for
progressive change in their respective
communities!
Now is the time to ensure your
voice is heard! Help the candidates we have endorsed and supported!

October Young Dem of
the Month

Congratulations to our October
Young Dem of the Month, Angelita Martinez! Angelita currently
serves as the NJYD Digital Communications Director. Her dedication to
community service, commitment to political involvement, and her
diverse range of interests make her truly deserving of this
recognition.
Angelita attended the United States
Military Academy at West Point, where she majored in Mechanical
Engineering. Afterwards, she transitioned into the civilian workforce
and worked as a mechanical engineer in the shipping container
industry.?
As a Mechanical Engineer, Angelita
continued to embrace her love of learning and obtained a bachelor's
degree in Physics from Rowan University, demonstrating her passion for
learning and her drive for intellectual curiosity. Her dedication to
education extends beyond her personal pursuits, as she is currently
running for the Willingboro Board of Education. With a focus on
improving educational quality, school funding, curriculum standards,
teacher support and professional development, and future-readiness
skills, Angelita seeks to make a meaningful impact on the educational
landscape of her community.
In addition to her educational endeavors,
Angelita remains committed to community service and giving back. In
addition to being the Digital Communications Director for the New
Jersey Young Democrats, she serves as the Communications Chair for the
Willingboro Democratic Club, sits on the Willingboro Library Board of
Trustees, and she serves on the Community Housing Development
Organization (CHDO) advisory committee for Habitat for Humanity of
South Central Jersey.
Congratulations
again, Angelita! Your commitment to community service, educational
excellence, and political involvement is truly inspiring. We are proud
to have you as a member of our team!

Action

On Saturday,
October 14th, join the NJYD Black Caucus and South Asian Caucus, in
partnership with the NJ Dems Black Caucus and Women's Caucus, for
their LD-11 Day of Action! Come out and help canvass for
