Building a mentally resilient Singapore for all
In commemoration of World Mental Health Day on October 10, we asked Singaporeans to share their thoughts about mental health in Singapore, and what more can be done to help Singaporeans with their mental health

We are championing for a Singapore where everyone feels supported and empowered in their mental health journey. Our Members of Parliament will continue to take action on this – member of the Government Parliamentary Committee for Health Wan Rizal shared that the Health GPC team has filed a motion “to make mental health a core health, social and economic issue” for the Parliament sitting in January 2024. 

All of us have a part to play in building an effective mental health ecosystem in Singapore where individuals can seek and receive help early without fear of stigma.
