  • The Ohio Ballot Board cleared the way for groups to begin collecting signatures to get an independent redistricting commission measure on the 2024 ballot.

  • Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares' (R) office sent a cease and desist letter to a right-wing organization, warning that if the group continues to distribute false election materials to voters, they could face criminal penalties.

  • California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a slate of election-related bills including one that mandates curbside voting at all in-person voting locations.
