I’ll always skip the BS with you: there’s a lot of work to be done to
clean up Washington so that Congress actually works for working people,
not just the ultra-rich. That’s why I’m proud to be “doing Congress”
differently than most:

* I don’t take a dime from corporate PACs or federal lobbyists, and I’m
one of just eleven Members to make that commitment. I also don’t take
money from Big Oil, Big Pharma, or Big Bank CEOs.
* Congress brought back “earmarks” in 2021, after they had been banned
in 2011 because the process leads to corruption and waste. I’m the
only Democrat to oppose them.
* I’m leading the fight to ban Members of Congress and their spouses
from trading stocks. It’s plain wrong that Members are getting rich
off information we learn in private briefings.

I wouldn’t be able to
compete in this outrageously expensive Senate race if it wasn’t for
