Governor Kotek announced new strategies to address the fentanyl crisis in Oregon — bringing a focused and urgent attention to this dangerous drug.

With ramped up targeted law enforcement efforts to go after dealers, increased intervention programs, and a call for more prevention efforts to combat risky behavior by Oregon’s youth, Governor Kotek is taking strategic steps to address this crisis.

Treatment and recovery services have always been one of the three top priorities of Tina’s administration, and she’s also hopeful that more action can be taken in the upcoming legislative session to help more Oregonians.
