I am excited to announce the beginning of our new street interview series The People of CA-34 with David Kim! Starting this weekend, I will be hitting the streets of CA-34 and asking constituents questions about their lives in the district and the issues that matter to them most. 

My lived experiences as a children’s court attorney, and one who used to work 3 jobs to make ends meet, have led me to an undeniable conclusion: people aren’t getting their basic needs met. I am running because our current representative, the incumbent, drowns out the voices of his constituents in CA-34, preferring to listen to the directions of the wealthy few. This is why it’s so important that we make sure the voices of those living and working in our community are heard, and I vow to bring their hopes and concerns to Congress. Catch us on the street and keep an eye out for my signature People Powered jersey!

We can’t do this without you! We’re looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers who want to make a difference and realize our shared dream for a better Los Angeles. We’re about to launch our field operations, hitting the streets to knock on doors and set up tables to speak with voters about the issues that keep them up at night. We don’t have the funds to hire a large staff or large team like the corporate-backed incumbent, so every single person who joins our team makes a huge difference.
