Learn how to settle on a goal, and strategically organize to make it happen. RSVP here.
Hi John,
What a great Act Out! training we had yesterday! One attendee sent us an email afterward saying, "Now that my old high school no longer has sex education, I wonder how I can do my part - especially having younger siblings still in that school who are also a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. After this training session and the advice on underpinning policies, I am beginning to find my way."
Next week, begin to find your way too. We're continuing the momentum with a training by the amazing Kinjo Kiema on how to settle on your demands, and strategically organize to win. RSVP here, so you don't miss this fundamental training.
When: Thursday, Oct. 19th, @ 5:30 PM Eastern/ 2:30 Pacific
Where: Register on Zoom
Who: Young people ages 14-24
(either LGBTQI+ identified or allies!)
Trainer: Kinjo Kiema, Director of Campaigns & Youth Organizing at Advocates for Youth
The training is just one hour, and you'll leave with a much better plan for how to win your campaign for LGBTQ+ equality, justice, and liberation. Hope to see you there!
In solidarity,
Geoff Corey (he/him/his)
