John, our 5-States Fund is working directly with Pro Popular-Vote Democrats to allocate the resources needed to END the Electoral College by enacting the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, once and for ALL.
And we are making fantastic progress!
So far 16 states + DC have signed on, giving us 205 of the 270 electoral votes we need to make the Electoral College as it stands irrelevant. And legislation is pending in at least 4 more!
BUT. Did you know that Legislation to join the NPVIC has been stalled in states like Virginia, Arizona and Pennsylvania for more than 2 years?
That's right. Despite that the NPVIC enjoys overwhelming majority support in all three states, state-level Republicans have been blocking its passage for years.
