The work we do here at Organizing Empowerment PAC helps to reach and engage people who are often overlooked by conventional campaign strategies. Well-resourced relational organizing has allowed us to FLIP critical frontline races by turning out Black and Brown Americans, youth, and other underrepresented communities, and relational organizing is imperative to winning in 2024.

In the 2022 midterms, we ran a massive statewide relational organizing program in Nevada to see just how far relational organizing could go. Our team was able to build a diverse coalition of community mobilizers who reached out to their networks, and we had over 250,000 relational conversations in Nevada, where Senator Cortez Masto won by a razor-thin margin.

We have the power to make a real difference, but it’s going to take a bunch of resources. To put it simply, less money goes towards investing in relational organizing than conventional outreach programs–even though we know relational organizing has an incredibly high 86% contact rate!

That’s why I’m asking you to chip in just $5 or whatever you can to help ensure we have the resources we need to build the largest relational organizing program in history across 8 key battleground states ahead of the 2024 Presidential election.
