Elect a Fighter for the Next Speaker of the House
- The next Speaker of the House must unite conservatives behind policies that secure the border, cut spending, and put American families at the center of their decisions.
- Securing the border is the top priority for the American people. Border security measures cannot be used by the Left as a bargaining chip for additional, unaccountable Ukraine funding.
- The next Speaker should commit to securing additional wins through committee work that will reshape important policy discussions and conduct necessary oversight of federal agencies and investigations into government weaponization.
- Conservatives have the chance to unify, fight, and ultimately deliver for the American people. They must make the most of this opportunity.

Originalism Keeps Judges in Check and the People in Charge
- America’s Founders wanted to minimize what Alexander Hamilton called "arbitrary discretion" by judges, designing a system in which judges must interpret the Constitution and statutes by determining what their authors meant by what they wrote. Today, this approach is called originalism.
- Three features of the Founders' design support this conclusion. First, America is a republic where, Hamilton famously explained, "the people govern." The Constitution is the primary way that the people set rules for government, which includes the judiciary.
- Second, as Marbury v. Madison explains, the Founders wrote the Constitution down so that its rules for government "may not be mistaken or forgotten"—rules intended, the Court said, to govern courts as well as legislatures.
- Third, in schools that still teach civics, students learn that the government has three branches that do different things. The legislative branch makes the law, the executive branch enforces it, and the judicial branch interprets it. Interpreting and making the Constitution or statutes, therefore, must be different.
- The people can be their own masters, governing themselves, only if they, and not judges, control what the Constitution and statutes both say and mean.

The Biden Administration Has to Answer for Their Policy of Appeasing Tehran
- While President Biden was careful to denounce the brutal Hamas terror attacks on Tuesday, he ignored the key role played by his own disastrous policies, and left Americans largely clueless as to how his administration would respond to this major test of U.S. leadership.
- Biden could not even bring himself to mention Iran in his speech, a clear signal that the administration is clueless what to do now that it’s been hit with irrefutable evidence that its Iran policy has utterly and completely failed.
- The Biden administration has to answer for their policy of appeasing Tehran and granting the regime unprecedented revenues through ransom and illicit oil sales—money that is flowing directly to terror attacks on Israel.
- America must stand united with our great ally Israel and end the Biden administration policies that have appeased and emboldened our enemies around the world.
