In less than four weeks, Ohio and Virginia voters will cast their ballots in consequential state-level elections.

- In Ohio, reproductive freedom is on the ballot. Ohioans have the opportunity to vote YES on Issue 1, which would amend the state constitution to include that every individual has a right to make and carry out their own reproductive decisions, including decisions on contraception, fertility treatment, miscarriage care, and abortion.
- In Virginia, every seat of the General Assembly is up for election, and the GOP is vying for a state-level trifecta. Virginia Democrats need to hold their majority in the State Senate or flip control of the House of Delegates to prevent the VA GOP and Governor Glenn Youngkin from implementing their extreme agenda.
