Today was another devastating day in Israel as the death count grew to 1,200 people – the population equivalent of 48,000 Americans. The IDF has announced that 189 soldiers are among those killed.
More than 5,000 rockets have been fired at Israel, including a significant barrage that was fired earlier today. Click here to watch the video of Iron Dome intercepting these rockets and saving countless lives.

President Biden spoke again today with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to reiterate America’s ironclad support. Later, Netanyahu announced the formation of a national emergency government with Benny Gantz, saying "the people are united and today its leadership is also united."
Israel is preparing for a massive ground operation in Gaza. The Israeli Air Force continued to strike key Hamas targets across the coastal enclave, hitting 2,600 sites. Hamas has made civilian sites in Gaza military targets, deliberately using human shields to protect its weapons and fighters.
We invite you, your friends, family and colleagues to join AIPAC tomorrow night for a national emergency briefing about the situation in Israel.
Tomorrow night at 7:30 pm EDT, we’ll receive the latest on-the-ground updates and analysis from IDF Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus, hear the perspective from the Hill with Senators Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Katie Britt (R-AL), and learn what we must do to ensure Congress stands with Israel from AIPAC’s Director of Policy and Government Affairs David Gillette.
This program is open to anyone in the pro-Israel community, and we encourage you to invite everyone you know to join us as well.
I leave you tonight with two emotional videos from the frontline that show the pride and passion of the soldiers of the IDF to protect their country and families.
In this video, an IDF soldier called up to active duty participates in his son’s bris via Zoom with his unit.
In this video, Nave Nagar sings and dances with his unit. He was supposed to be married yesterday but postponed the wedding to go to the frontline.
