I’ll be honest, team — asking for your hard-earned money is not my favorite part of running for office.

I have spent my career fighting for everyday folks as a Louisiana lawyer — and a pretty dang good one at that! I’m used to working on the ground to listen and learn about my clients face-to-face — so this can feel a little strange at times.

But I wouldn’t ask for you to chip in to my campaign if it wasn’t important, y’all. The people of Louisiana deserve an Attorney General who prioritizes their needs over special interests, and I’m the person for the job.

On top of that, we’ve never had a woman in the Office of the Attorney General. I joined this race to protect women and girls, no matter who they are or where they live, and as a working woman in a man’s world, I know exactly what needs to be done for a more equitable Louisiana.
