It’s been over a week since Kevin McCarthy was ousted from the Speakership by extremists in his own party, team, and it’s clear Republicans in Washington are still in disarray.
Republicans are in chaos and have turned the House into a dysfunctional mess, unable to do any legislative work — including funding the government, which is set to shutdown in a little over a month.
It’s exhausting to watch Republicans trying to run a government. Meanwhile, statewide officials like our Democratic AGs are hard at work making lives better for the people of their states — putting people over politics.
