I cannot believe that I'm saying this, but Senate Republicans just voted on the floor to oppose Issue 1.

You might be asking, "Why is this such a big deal?".  Because, on the taxpayers' dime, the Republicans are committing resources towards a ballot issue to be decided on by the voters of Ohio.  This is not what any Senator is paid to do!

This unprecedented move is a slap in the face to voters and all Ohioans.  It's this sort of blatant partisanship and disregard for decorum that discourages civic engagement.  And it risks protecting a woman's right to healthcare!

That's why we need your help to beat Republicans and inform voters about what is really happening with Issue 1.  If you can invest $25 today, we can talk to more than 100 voters about why it's important to vote this November.
