As you know, there are many pressing issues facing our country. You’ll find a series of them in the form below – all we ask is that you respond with what level of concern you have for each.
There are only 10 short multiple-choice questions. It shouldn’t take more than a few moments of your time. But that doesn’t mean you should take these questions lightly. You represent the thoughts, concerns, and feelings of your community.
It’s a big responsibility so if you’re not concerned with issues like inflation, the border, and election integrity, feel free to ignore this request. We only ask for your honesty.
