Steve Garvey was a first baseman for the Dodgers and Padres, and apparently he’s ready to take up the fight for everyone born on third base thinking they hit a triple. Go figure.

Garvey appears to be taking a cue from another celebrity Republican with no political experience, Donald Trump. And given Trump’s determination to make sure I don’t become California’s Senator next year, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Trump and MAGA world get solidly behind Garvey. I will need your help to ensure Garvey and Trump feel the sting of losing on March 5, 2024.
And there’s one more wrinkle in this race: I’m now running in two concurrent elections — a special election for the remainder of the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s term, and a general election for a full Senate term. Two elections happening on the same ballot , on the same day . Twice.
With millions of Californians preparing to see my name on their ballot for the very first time, we’re going to have to invest a tremendous amount of resources to educate voters and meet them across the state.
