Hello Friend,
Welcome to my e-newsletter, the Ready Room. As a retired Naval Aviator, the Ready Room is special to me because it’s where fellow aviators meet to brief and debrief missions. This is my weekly briefing to you on my mission in Congress. Please follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube for regular updates on how my team and I are working to serve you in Congress.
STANDING WITH ISRAEL
Israel is one of America’s closest friends and a staunch ally, and the only democracy in the Middle East. Israel now faces a brutal assault on her right to exist from Hamas. It is no coincidence this invasion began on the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War. To be clear, House Republicans stand in solidarity with our ally Israel and fully support Israel's right to defend itself. We will work as quickly as possible to provide the needed assistance.
ENDING HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Human trafficking is modern day slavery. It's a brutal multi-billion-dollar industry that affects every country in the world and endangers our loved ones. That's why I cosponsored H.R. 528, the Put Trafficking Victims First Act to crack down on trafficking operations and enhance restitution for survivors. As a member of the Congressional Human Trafficking Caucus and the Crime Survivors and Justice Caucus, I will continue working to address human trafficking and protect the victims affected by this deplorable practice. CONSTITUENT CORNER

Within weeks of our inquiry to the Social Security Administration, the full amount owed to Kerri was issued. If you or someone you know needs help with a federal agency we can help.
