Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch, OCRA to make

major announcement in New Castle

This announcement takes place during Downtown Development Month, a celebration of Indiana Main Street communities. Throughout the month of October, Lt. Gov. Crouch, Indiana's Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development, is touring the state of Indiana with OCRA representatives to meet with Indiana Main Street organizations.
