Over the last nine months, Lucas has worked hard to build a historic
grassroots campaign with the help of Missouri’s labor movement — an
enormous coalition of working people who already know how to fight for
power in our state.

They’ve fought and won major battles for everyday Missourians over the
last six years when our politicians failed to do the right thing, like
rejecting an anti-union “Right-to-Work” scam, raising the minimum wage
well above the federal level, and finally passing Medicaid expansion.

So between that coalition, our campaign’s record-breaking grassroots
fundraising, and new polling that shows Lucas in a statistical tie with
Hawley more than a year out from Election Day, we have a real path to
victory. But here’s the tricky part:

DC Republicans and shady corporate mega-donors have already made BIG
investments into Josh Hawley. They know he’s the most vulnerable GOP
senator up for re-election this cycle — and they’re prepared to spend
whatever it takes to make him look strong and keep this Senate seat under
their thumb.

They know that Hawley will spend six more years upholding their corrupt
