As Republicans across the country continue to bully their LGBTQ+ constituents, ban books in schools, and restrict access to abortions, our DFL leaders are showing the nation what it looks like to lead on education, abortion rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and so much more.

But make no mistake: Republicans are dead-set on retaking power next year. They will do whatever it takes to crush our progress and make an example out of us. And if we’re not there to fight back, they will succeed.

Donald Trump is already polling dead-even with President Biden, and election analysts at FiveThirtyEight are saying that Minnesota Democrats are too “complacent” about next year’s elections.

These are clear warning signs, John. We’re working 24/7 to make sure we don’t get caught flat footed. But we can’t keep up our critical work unless we keep our budget on track, and we still need to raise $11,271 by EOD Friday to reach our target this week.
