Distributor Returns due October 18

Your September return and payment for Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax are due October 18. 

Remember that you can file your return and pay any tax due electronically through e-Services.

Cigarette Tax and Tobacco Tax License Renewal

Distributors and subjobbers who want to sell or distribute cigarettes or tobacco products in Minnesota during 2024-2025 must renew their Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax license with the Minnesota Department of Revenue. We must receive the application and fee by November 15, 2023. We will have more details for you soon.
