Hello,

With Super Tuesday taking up all of the news’ bandwidth, many Americans aren’t hearing about the monumental case the Supreme Court is taking up on Wednesday.

June Medical Services v. Gee is the first major abortion rights case before the Court since Justice Kennedy retired. Kennedy was the Court’s swing vote on reproductive rights. So who did Trump replace him with?

Brett Kavanaugh. Trump’s pick, who was accused of sexual assault by numerous women but confirmed to the Supreme Court by the GOP Senate anyways, has made no effort to hide his anti-choice bias. He even argued that the government has a right to prevent undocumented minors from accessing abortion and reproductive care.

Thank you for standing up for choice.
