Hi,
Domestic violence and gun violence in the United States are vastly
intertwined, and impact millions of families and communities across the
country everyday. Nearly two-thirds of intimate partner homicides in the
United States are committed with a gun, and 80 percent of intimate partner
firearm homicide victims are women.
Research has shown—and proven time and time again—that guns are prone to
turn abuse into fatal incidents. That's why since 2020, Everytown for Gun
Safety Support Fund has worked with 40 organizations working in 22 states
to help expand their programming at the intersection of domestic violence
and gun violence.
While these organizations are doing important work in our communities, we
still need to demand stronger gun laws, push lawmakers to take action, and
pass policy solutions at all levels of government to help end gun
violence. [ [link removed] ]Donate today to help us make sure we have the right resources

The role of guns in domestic violence can't be overstated. It's a
devastating and lethal crisis facing women and families across the
country. Just the presence of a gun in a domestic violence situation makes
it five times as likely that a woman will be killed.
With your support, we're working everyday to help protect people from
intimate partner violence and gun violence at home.
Thank you for being part of this movement,
Everytown for Gun Safety
