Membership Alert: Funeral information for Ira Salzman Dear Members, This past weekend, we informed you of the passing of Ira M. Salzman, one of our longtime League panel attorneys. The funeral for Ira Salzman will take place on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at Mount Sinai Memorial Park (5950 Forest Lawn Drive Los Angeles 90068) at 1000 hours. A ceremonial service with honored speakers from Ira’s life will be held at the chapel, to be followed by a graveside service for burial. Please allow at least 20 minutes for parking and seating prior to the ceremonial service. In respect to Ira and observance to the Jewish tradition he proudly proclaimed membership in, please do not bring flowers. Male attendees will be requested to wear the traditional Jewish kippah (yarmulke) during the ceremonial and burial services as a sign of respect (these will be provided at the service). For members in uniform, wearing your uniform hat throughout the service is acceptable.
