Bob has made protecting our state’s beautiful and unique environment a priority throughout his career. Here are just a few of the things he’s accomplished so far:
- As Attorney General, he created the Environmental Protection Division and won more than a dozen convictions for crimes against the environment.
- Plus, Bob was the first Attorney General to take on Monsanto for polluting waterways with PCBs, resulting in the company paying nearly $100 million.
- He also blocked the Trump administration’s illegal attempt to gut the Endangered Species Act; and on the final day of Trump’s presidency, he permanently blocked Trump’s “Dirty Power Plan.”
Bob knows that if we’re going to leave our children a better future, we must protect the environment we all depend on. He’s fought hard to do just that as Attorney General.
