Friend, I remain horrified by the attacks on innocent men, women, and children in Israel. This feels even more personal because I was honored to be a part of a Congressional delegation to Israel just weeks ago. I fear the reality that some of the people I met there are dead. Terrorism against innocent lives is unacceptable and must be condemned. Any atrocity inflicted on innocent people and innocent families cannot stand. I am thinking of all of the people who are hurt, fighting to survive right now. I am thinking about the victims and sending my condolences to those who are mourning the loss of loved ones. To those in Israel, as well as families and friends around the world worried about loved ones there, the United States will stand strong and always be on your side.
