North Carolina GOP enact two laws drastically altering elections
On Tuesday, Oct. 10, with its new veto-proof supermajority, the Republican-controlled North Carolina Legislature overrode Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper’s veto of two voting and election laws, Senate Bill 747 and Senate Bill 749.
