DACA, established in 2012, was crafted to shield these "Dreamers" and offer them a chance to contribute to the nation they love. As of March 2023, over half a million immigrants were enrolled in DACA, their futures hanging in the balance.
Last year, the Biden administration took a significant step to fortify DACA, seeking to codify it into federal regulation. However, this action has faced opposition, with Judge Andrew Hanen ruling it a violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.
Our plea is straightforward: Protect our Dreamers. Preserve DACA.
