Tomorrow is the International Day of the Girl, a day to reflect and raise awareness about the unique issues girls face worldwide. The International Day of the Girl celebrates 2.5 billion girls around the world, and Equality Now is working to protect all of them from harmful practices, exploitation, and other forms of abuse in both the physical and digital realms.

The future lies in girls’ hands, so we must ensure they have the rights and opportunities to flourish and reach their full potential. When the rights of one girl are threatened and violated, the rights of all girls are threatened and violated.
