At the start of this primary, Iowa officials were ready for blockbuster turnout numbers... but turnout was more than 40% lower than officials predicted. A CNN analyst has even said that "signs point to lagging Democratic enthusiasm" - and if we don't improve Democratic turnout, it could spell D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R for November.
